A live channeling session with Connie and Barry was long overdue and an interesting one it was. So many people got personal messages from their loved ones, and there was one important message that came through for everyone...including those of you who will be listening to the podcast now. There was information about future events and there will be some rocky times coming up for everyone, but as the old saying goes, "Forewarned is forearmed." But don't think the hour was just about doom and gloom because that wasn't the case. Where there is dark there must also be light, so along with the "heads ups," we received some very positive thoughts and info as well.

The Rev and Witch Show - Voodoo

It was time to pull out an encore show, and one of my and Tim's all time favorite Rev and Witch Show was the one we did with Orion Foxwood and the late Voodoo Priest John T. Martin several years ago. The topic was Voodoo. There is so much more to it than Voodoo dolls and GriGri bags, and misconceptions abound. Tim and I got to thinking and decided that there was nobody better to talk about the religion than John T. and Orion. I've had both of them on Stirring The Cauldron before and they were wonderful stand alone guests, but when we put the two together to talk about Voodoo, they made magic!

Willie Windwalker Gibson is a sensitive, who sees and hears spirit, a spiritual advisor and a Soul Warrior. He also reads totem animal cards, and when Willie was on Stirring the Cauldron the last time, he was swamped with people who wanted to know who their animal totem was, who their animal spirit guide is and to get a reading. It's been quite a while since Willie paid me a visit, so it was high time to have him back. We talked about animal guides, totems, shamanism, clearings and cleansings and so much more. Lots of people in the chat room got animal card readings as well. It was a fun and informative show!

In some ways, The Slenderman is similar to dark entities such as shadow people, men in black and a host of others that give us chills just thinking about them. However, the difference between Slenderman and all the others is that he has become an Urban Legend that has come to life. Impossible, you say? Well, the concept does seem to be a bit far fetched, but once you begin to understand the genesis of the Slenderman and then ponder the possibilities of what he actually might be and how he got here, it all begins to make more sense. Perhaps YOU are one of the millions of people who have unknowingly helped him cross over the line that separates fantasy and reality. Listen in and find out!

Many people have heard the term Reiki but not everyone knows what the mystical, magical healing method is all about. There are no supplies or tools needed. There are no contraindications, adverse reactions and does no harm. Not many things can make those claims, so how does deceptively simple method of healing of both the body and the soul work? This book is a very comprehensive manual of not only history, but theory, practice and techniques, mixing older Eastern and Modern Western traditions and covering all bases of the first and second degrees. It's a "must have" book for both novices to Reiki and seasoned practitioners as well.

Most people in the Para World have either heard of or claim to have seen Shadow People but there's a great deal of debate as to who or what they really are. Are they lost souls, ghosts, fallen angels, elementals or perhaps even the Djinn? Are they kind and benevolent? Evil and perhaps even murderous? Where do they come from, what are they doing in our world and what do they want from us? Documentary Filmmaker Paul Taitt takes us on an eye opening and thought provoking journey to find out in his new DVD, Supernatural Assault: Terror From The Shadows. Paul has interviewed people from all over the world who have had experiences with Shadow People, and experts in the field, like Rosemary Ellen Guiley who have their own theories about who these enigmatic figures are. Even though they are not uncommon, you'd probably be a lot better off if you never find yourself being face to face with one.
